Land Development Projects: Projects include subdivisions, condominiums, planned unit developments, commercial and office centers, and industrial developments.
Feasibility Investigations: Typical projects include master plans and cost estimates for various development projects and infrastructure improvements.
Roads and Streets: We layout and design roads, streets and intersections; curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveways; and provide pavement structural section design and street lighting layout.
Storm Drainage Systems: We design storm drainage conveyance systems including detention facilities, pump stations, storm water treatment facilities, outfall structures, and erosion control measures.
Wastewater Systems: We plan and design wastewater collection systems including gravity sewer collection systems and pump stations in addition to on-site wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal systems with use of the latest on-site technologies.
Water Distribution Systems: We plan and design distribution systems along with pumps, wells, and storage tanks.
Structural Design: Typical projects include the design of retaining walls for site development.
Utility Systems: We provide design and layout of joint utility trench composite drawings.
Recreation and Park Facilities: We provide recreation and park facility master planning, and also plan and design play fields, tennis courts, picnic areas, lighting systems, playgrounds, bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle bridges.
Municipal Engineering: We provide City Engineer services to several local agencies. The services we routinely provide include plan and map checking, assisting in the preparation of loan and grant applications, updating improvement standards and ordinances, maintaining utility and planning maps, preparing various annual and regulatory reports, providing analysis and data for environmental review of projects, and providing data for GIS systems.
Project Management: We provide engineering design, surveying, bid document preparation, construction contract bidding, bid analysis, construction contract award recommendations and construction contract administration for a variety of public works projects.

Surveying: We provide boundary surveying, aerial mapping control, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, right-of-way and easement surveying, topographic surveys and hydrographic surveys. We perform conventional, instrument surveys, Global Positioning System surveys, and aerial drone surveys.
Computer Aided Design and Drafting: We utilize the latest AutoDesk™ Civil 3D™ software for Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD).
Construction Administration: We provide quality control, construction inspection, and construction contract administration for public and private projects. We provide Resident Engineer services for public works projects funded with state and federal transportation funds, as well as projects funded by CDBG, LWCF, USDA, DWR and others.
Construction Staking: We provide construction staking services to the owner's and/or contractor's specifications.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans: We are Qualified SWPPP Developers and Qualified SWPPP Practitioners and can provide SWPPP reports, file NOI and other Permit Registration Documents with the State Water Board and perform site inspections, sampling, and testing of storm water discharges during construction.
